Order Processing & Delivery

• We provide free standard shipping on every order.

• Each custom bracelet is crafted within 2–3 business days once we receive your wrist measurement and a valid shipping address.

• Completed pieces are dispatched via UPS Express with a transit window of approximately 3–5 business days.

• From purchase to delivery, you can expect your bracelet to arrive in about 7 calendar days.

• Please note: we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International shipments may be assessed VAT, import duties, or other local taxes. These charges are not included in your order total, and any such fees are the customer’s responsibility. By law, we must declare the full value of the goods on the customs form and are unable to alter this amount.

If a parcel is refused, any return shipping costs—along with additional duties or taxes incurred—will be deducted from your refund.
